Major Sponsors

As a Major Sponsor you have the highest level of access to our attendees. The convention is a unique opportunity for brands to have an incredible amount of access to our balloon-obsessed attendees including access to our Jam room. Major sponsors bring one to three instructors for the convention and benefits vary based on number of instructors sponsored by the factory. Vendors

Vendors have the freedom to decorate their booths as they wish and can sell products, distribute sample packs or run contests. However, tables for product interaction are not permitted in the vendor room. Additionally, no jamming or twisting of any kind is allowed in this space.

  • Businesses that sell balloons. Benefits include:
    - Raffle ticket donations accepted.
    - Tote Bag swag inclusions. Price includes 4 boxes. Additional boxes will be billed at $20 per box to cover hotel handling charges.
    - Logo on website

  • Businesses that sell non balloon items. Benefits include:
    - Raffle ticket donations accepted.
    - Tote Bag swag inclusions. Price includes 4 boxes. Additional boxes will be billed $20 per box to cover hotel handling charges.
    - Logo on website.

  • Benefits include:
    - 10 x 10 booth space
    - 1 registration to Twist & Shout
    - Logo on website
    - Tote bag swag inclusion. If boxes are billed to the convention, boxes will be billed $20 per box to cover hotel handling charges. You should ship the boxes so they are billed to you.
    - Raffle ticket donations accepted
    - Attendee list
    - Email and FB post promoting vendor
    - Includes one table, additional tables are $50

  • Benefits include:
    - 20 x 10 booth space
    - 2 registrations to Twist & Shout
    - Logo on website
